Returns are accepted within 14 days of the product being delivered. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Return Conditions:
The product must be returned in the same condition as received, unused and in the original packaging. Items showing signs of use or tampering may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or insuring the package, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned product.

Return Procedure:
To initiate a return request, please contact us at info@pipicot.com or call us at +39 3514294294 and fill out the return form that we will provide you. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with all the necessary instructions to proceed with the return.

Reimbursement:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
