Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will promptly notify you by email or phone.

Order Tracking

Failed Deliveries and Reshipments
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt a second delivery or leave a note with instructions for collection at a collection point. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to deliver, we may require payment for a new shipment.
Customer Responsibility
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damage and Loss During Shipping
We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transportation. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and a detailed description of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
International Shipping
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient. It is your responsibility to verify these costs with your local authorities before placing an order. We are not responsible for any customs delays.
Returns
