5. Returns and Refunds

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us a communication via email to info@pipicot.com clearly indicating your intention to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased products.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. We are also not responsible for any damage or loss of products during shipping. If you have any problems with delivery, please contact us immediately for assistance.

8. International Shipping

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for paying any customs duties, local taxes or other fees. These costs are not included in the total price of the order and must be paid directly to the local authorities. We are not responsible for any customs delays.

In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through our site, or the inability to use such products.
